Along the way I learned how systems, logistics, and communication either help people be heard—or get in their way.I founded Career Strategy Roadmap to coach leaders through change, conflict, and career moves. Then I co-founded CDC Certified Divorce Coach® to give people in divorce what they rarely get: a thinking partner with a process. The CDC program is the professional standard practiced in over 30 countries & is a registered certification mark with regulations filed with the US government & Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
