I am passionate about leadership that boldly seeks new frontiers and continually executes quick wins, while investing in innovation and people.As a 1st-year student at the University of Illinois (Urbana-Champaign), while in my first physics class, I designed and built a simple RC circuit that turned on a little LED. I was hooked! And right then, I decided I would study electrical engineering. I hope for the same kind of opportunities for all young women - the opportunity to learn, to be inspired and empowered. One such organization which helps young women to explore the broad spectrum of careers - in science, engineering, the trades & technology - is Techsploration.
