ABOUT PEGGY ROSE LAWRENCE
I am an insightful, result-driven Risk professional with well-developed skills and knowledge in Enterprise and Operational Risk Management, Governance, GRC systems, IT (ITIL 4 and COBIT 5 certified), Information Security and Operational Resilience. I have worked in the Risk Management industry for seven years, specialising in IT Risk Management particularly IT Change Management, IT Service Delivery and IT Resilience. Previous responsibilities include designing, building, implementing and embedding IT Risk Appetite Framework including the assessment and reporting of key IT MI across the Group. Previous experiences include managing the ICAAP Pillar 2 operational risk process, improving the Groups fraud risk management capability and becoming the SME of the Group Operational Risk System.
