About Peggy Gannon

I am a conceptual thinker who can see the larger scope and vision of a project (the “what” and the “why”), but who can also think linearly and is attuned to the finer details and steps of completion (the “how” and the “who”). I excel at identifying priorities and meeting deadlines, even when they shift rapidly or appear to compete. I enjoy collaborating with others to work toward a common goal, but I also have no problem with being self-driven and working alone when necessary.My background in administrative support is long, from entry-level receptionist to Executive Assistant, with many stops along the way. I have produced low-budget theatre for almost as long, which is where I learned how to be an effective project manager (except that we call them production managers). The combination of support skills + team leadership makes me a successful project manager, and also a highly regarded team player when I\'m not in the lead. I value both sides of that coin.
