As a coach, I use mindfulness techniques and the Whole-Person approach that emphasizes working with my clients as an integrated whole and helping them become aware of all elements of their lives – mental, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual. My solutions focus on guiding my clients to go through a self-discovery process and tap into their creativity and resourcefulness. As a result of our sessions, my clients can gain a sense of calm, clarity, and certainty, learn to move beyond self-limiting beliefs, and get into action to create a personal transformation that leads to their best lives. As a yoga and meditation teacher, I work with students to build a stronger mind-body connection. I believe in respecting our bodies, trusting our intuitions, and having compassion for all beings, including ourselves. Be aware of postures that induce distress, be curious about intuitive movements that bring ease, and be kind to ourselves even if we can’t achieve certain poses. Maintaining a consistent practice, embracing new learning experiences, and being patient with progress will cultivate exponential growth that manifests over time. I also believe in connectedness, where things happen for a reason, and everyone is a part of something larger. Character matters and kindness is a gift we should give freely and often. To me, life is incomplete without love and hope. The most important relationship is the one we hold with ourselves.
