About Peggy Yamoah

As a passionate and driven Dance Performance and Choreography major with a minor in Communications and a Social Media Certificate, I blend creativity with strategy to create impactful experiences both on stage and online. My journey as a dancer and leader has taught me the power of storytelling, whether through movement or digital platforms, and how to inspire and engage diverse audiences. I currently serve in leadership roles, including President and Vice President of Internal Relations for Bobcathon, where I lead initiatives to support fundraising efforts. Additionally, as Head of Programming for The Movement Org, I\'m responsible for helping curate events and experiences that bring dancers together in dynamic and meaningful ways. As well as creating engaging graphics and flyers for events. I’ve developed my expertise in social media and communications as a member of the Social Media Team for the School of Dance, where I help manage content creation and brand messaging. I’m also apart of the First Impressions Team and Content Team for The Schey Sales Centre, focusing on marketing, networking, and content strategy to elevate the organization’s presence. Through these experiences, I’ve developed strong skills in leadership, collaboration, event planning, and digital marketing. I\'m excited to continue merging my passions for dance, communication, and social media, using my unique skill set to connect with and inspire others.
