As the Director of OC Fellows at CEO Leadership Alliance Orange County (CLA-OC), I lead and manage key initiatives that aim to build a thriving OC for all. I have over 8+ years of experience working with CLAOC, a coalition of CEOs who collaborate to positively impact the social, economic, and environmental challenges facing the region.OC Fellows is a young professionals program that is committed to developing and retaining diverse rising talent in Orange County. As Director for the National Talent Collaborative, I work with over 30 regions across the US.
