ABOUT PEGGY CRABTREE

Ms. Crabtree is a Healthcare Executive with extensive experience as a healthcare system executive and consultant in value based care. She has demonstrated expertise in Hospital Operations and Clinical Services, Nursing, Population Health/Value Based Care, and Service Line design and implementation. She has served in a variety of healthcare systems including, Providence Health, Daughters of Charity, and Adventist Health. Her experience also includes extensive practice management in both Primary Care and Sub-specialty services. As a consultant she served as Vice President and national practice lead for Service Line Planning and Hospital Operations Improvement at The Camden Group, a strategic advisory firm based in Los Angeles, CA with offices throughout the United States. Following her experience at Camden she joined the Strategy, Innovation and Population Health team at Premier where she was able to leverage her experience in Bundled Payment, Physician Co-management arrangements, and Care Transformation. Earlier in her career she served as Chief Nursing Officer at Loma Linda University Health and Services and Vice-President for Clinical Services which included Imaging, Pharmacy, Lab, Rehab, and the International Heart Institute. Her clinical background includes Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, and Neonatal ICU nursing.
