ABOUT PEGGI SMITH
As a versatile, motivated, and responsible profession with diverse experience, I am looking to use these strengths in an organization in a management or supervisory position. My career aspiration are to leverage my leadership experiences and team building skills to ensure a win/win for the organization and myself. In any position I feel to be accountable for all aspects of projects, I must take the responsibility to lead, to create an organization, to aggregate and consolidate information for collective output for internal and external review. In the role as Supervisor/Management, I will play a major role in managing negotiations to establish harmony in the workplace, sharing best practices, and moral respect. I feel my skills will require the ability to research, learn, and educate internal and external teams of the assigned categories. The responsibility of a supervisor or manager is expected to have a strong working knowledge of research, managing a team – developing their skills, evaluating their performance and managing their growth. In addition to their core account assignments, a Supervisor/Manager is expected to take part in larger areas of agency development – aiding committees and task forces. As a supervisor/manager, I know that negotiations, establishing and maintaining training and education will also be part of our global and digital economy to assist with maintaining online competition.
