Project Manager managing a high-rise luxury residential projects in Downtown Toronto. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, managing a team of Project Coordinators, coordinating with the Field Team as well as managing Project financials and Contracts from start-up to Project completion. Daily communication with the Consultant Team to ensure design feasibility, and oversee document management / control; as well as liaising with the Client, facilitating the procurement process and financial management, and enforce positive team relationships and dynamics.In addition to the above;• Oversee project tender, contract award, and contract management process.• Develop project baseline schedule in collaboration with the project team.• Supervise construction activities and scheduling.• Provide overall construction management from pre-construction to completion including design, coordination, budget, and schedule in conjunction with the Project Superintendent.• Prepare regular, timely and accurate billings for Owners, and ensure timely payment of subcontractor billings.• Monitor, interpret and forecast project cost reports ensuring they are in line with the estimate and maintain a positive cash flow.Current Projects;• 45 Strachan DevelopmentCompleted Projects;• NOVUS - 11 & 25 Ordnance St. Development
