   As an Account Executive in the Medicare division, I have a couple of roles. My main focus is to educate Medicare eligible individuals when it comes to understanding their insurance options when they turn 65 or are approaching retirement. If they are still working I will compare their current benefits to Medicare and make the appropriate recommendation.Most people that call me are very confused - and scared - about Medicare and have been inundated with information from many carriers. I simply walk them through the process, one step at a time, and at the end of the day they make an educated decision about their benefits. Their appreciation is my reward!I also work with agents who are considering selling Medicare as an added benefit to their clients. I assist them with training and carrier contracting. From that point I can help them with the annual compliance training and certification. Basically I provide Medicare support at all levels.
