During the period from 20••••11 I chose to be 24/7 caregiver to my mom after she was struck with a debilitating, paralyzing massive stroke. Prior to this, I was an award winning New York magazine publisher & sacrificed my publishing career to care for my mom after she had a paralyzing stroke. I\'d do it over again in a heartbeat.
