Built shared services portfolio, projects worth £1.5m in flight and £4m worth work bank planned for next 2+ years. Proactively led architecture team to shape Shared Services Portfolio, articulating scope, prioritisation, dependencies, and benefits. • Enabling RDG to realise £1.67m worth annual benefits with currently inflight projects such as AWS Landing Zone, Identity Access Management, Platform Operating Model and API Migration Programme. • Conducting portfolio forward planning by optimising and centralising solutions where possible reducing OPEX and CAPEX duplication.• Led creation of organisation wide ‘Reform Transformation Roadmap’. This included mapping current technology to future product roadmaps depicting future technology ecosystem. • Acted as a counterpart for GBRTT’s (Great British Rail Transformation Team) work package leads along with delivery of Fares and Transforming Digital Experience programmes.(20+ team, 5+ projects) • Delivered Fares Engine Discovery project which included market engagement from suppliers all over the world (UK, Europe, and Asia). • Enhancing senior stakeholder relationships with Train Operating Companies, Department for Transport and Great British Rail Transition Team to accelerate progress of the FTR Programme.• Trained entire delivery community in effective Project and Programme financial modelling, commercial acumen, investment panel practices and cost tracking for delivery, an effort recognized by CFO. • Led shaping of delivery organisation step change study which enabled bolstering of delivery department in Rail Delivery Group and recruitment of first ever Chief Delivery Officer. • Establishing project governance tools such as Project Costing Sheet, Investment Approval Paper, and related training for all delivery personnel in RDG. • White Ribbon steering group member, active Domestic Violence Support Contact in Rail Delivery Group, Women in Rail and GBRTT mentor and annual ASPIRE award winner.
