Chief Executive in the social housing sector, focused on building organisations that deliver better, quicker services for residents and more truly affordable homes for future generations.I lead Delta Housing, an Essex-based housing association formed in 2026 from a merger between CHP and Estuary.Over more than 25 years in social housing I’ve held senior executive roles including Director of Treasury Services at Swan Housing Association and Director of Resources at Havebury. I’ve led finance, treasury, investment, IT, HR, governance and business support functions, as well as development teams focused on increasing the supply of high-quality affordable housing.Alongside my executive roles, I’ve served as a non-executive director for housing organisations and a multi-academy trust, bringing sector, financial and governance insight to complex organisations.I graduated from the University of Warwick with a degree in Mathematics and Business Studies and I’m a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
