Born on Madeira Island (Portugal), I learned early that physical borders exist only to challenge us to dream bigger. With a solid background in management, strategy, and finance, I have spent the last 12 years leading and executing transformative projects that drive businesses forward. From defining strategy to hands-on implementation, I have been deeply involved in brand creation, service and product development, operational structuring, and execution in the field—ensuring full alignment across teams and stakeholders. I have led high-impact commercial negotiations, product development initiatives, and training programs, always focused on delivering value at every stage. Leadership and motivation have been key drivers in my journey, as I believe that true success comes from taking ownership—treating every challenge as if it were my own and inspiring others to achieve extraordinary results. Beyond leadership, I have a strong analytical mindset that allows me to quickly interpret complex challenges, design data-driven solutions, and implement them effectively. I built the entire reporting and KPI system for the business I lead, ensuring strategic decision-making is based on real-time insights. My passion for technology and innovation drives me to explore new ways of optimizing operations, leveraging data, and enhancing business intelligence to create a competitive advantage. For me, integrity, loyalty, and teamwork are the foundation of any successful company. Passionate about nature and sports, I find energy in trails, mountain biking, and the sea, as well as in books, family, and friends.
