I’m an Industrial Engineer with a Master’s in International Business and SHRM certification, currently serving as Organization and HR Transformation Lead at Santander US Wealth Division. I work closely with senior leadership across global teams to drive people and organizational strategy that delivers meaningful business impact.On the organization side, I lead operating model design, workforce planning, and structural optimization—whether through reorganizations or new resource approvals. In parallel, I’m driving the implementation of a new HR operating model focused on agility, role clarity, and enhanced service delivery.My work has also included digital and process optimization initiatives such as eWorkflows development (Appian), SAP implementation, and data analytics dashboards—enabling better decision-making, operational efficiency, and alignment with strategic goals.I bring cross-functional experience across Finance, Operations, Risk Management and People & Culture, supported by a strong foundation in international business and organizational transformation. I was honored to be selected as one of only 200 participants globally for Santander’s Young Leaders Program 2024—a 10-month journey that deepened my connection to our institution, expanded my global network, and strengthened my leadership vision through direct engagement with the Group’s top executives at our Madrid headquarters.
