I am an ambitious, focused, efficient, creative and also technical Supervisor and generalist TD. I love to have input in creating something special that I feel proud of being part off. I like challenges, overcoming technical problems, exploring new tech and workflows as well as pushing boundaries. I also like establishing, creating and optimizing setups and workflows as well as planning and strategizing how to approach work in an efficient and sustainable manner. I\'m passionate about visual effects and love pushing the quality on those extra 10% that really make a shot. I would say that my strongest strengths are- My eye for detail- Bringing teams together in a motivated and positive team environment to deliver the highest quality work efficiently and sustainably- How quick and keen I am to learn new softwares, techniques and disciplines- But ultimately how I bring all of those together, to bring the director and VFX supervisor vision, along with my own input to bring projects to a high standard in the less time possible and on budget.
