ABOUT PEDRO RODRIGUEZ

I’m a Procurement and Supply Chain leader with experience across sourcing, governance, P2P process improvement, and inventory management in complex environments. My work focuses on building clear systems — policies, data, SLAs, and processes — that reduce ambiguity and support better decision-making. When structure is done well, urgency drops, collaboration improves, and teams can perform without unnecessary stress.I lead with clarity, boundaries, and presence, and I’m particularly interested in how operational design shapes culture, trust, and performance.
