I am a Senior Associate in Freshfields\'s International Arbitration Group, based in Washington, D.C. I represent clients in complex commercial and investment treaty arbitrations conducted in both English and Spanish, under ICSID and other leading arbitral rules. My practice spans a wide range of industries and jurisdictions, with a particular focus on Latin America. Beyond my core practice, I am deeply committed to pro bono work. I have advised on matters involving immigration, gun control, criminal justice reform, and public international law. I currently serve on the City Bar Justice Center’s Pro Bono Leadership Council and contribute to sustainability efforts in arbitration as a member of the Campaign for Greener Arbitrations’ Latin America Subcommittee.I am a native Spanish and English speaker, conversational in French, and admitted to practice law in New York and the District of Columbia.
