With over 20 years of experience in leadership, customer service, and business operations, I have honed my ability to inspire teams, optimize processes, and create organizational climates that foster growth, innovation, and inclusivity. Currently, I serve as a Branch Manager at United Rentals, where I lead diverse teams to deliver tailored climate solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential clients.I am proud to have graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Southern New Hampshire University, earning a perfect 4.0 GPA. My education, combined with certifications such as the Foundations of Leadership Certificate from The National Society of Leadership and Success and Conflict Resolution from Sophia Learning, has equipped me with a deep understanding of leadership, conflict management, and effective communication.As the East Region Leader for HOLA United, the United Rentals Hispanic Employee Resource Group, I am deeply committed to advancing Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
