With over 10 years of professional experience, I have expertise in process engineering, quality management (QMS, QA, QC), and Continuous Improvement, holding a certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Since 2015, I have held management positions, and I possess proficiency in Statistical Process Control (SPC), Process Safety Management (PSM), and process/equipment troubleshooting, including process control systems and ISO 9001 compliance. My career spans various multinational industries such as chemistry, automotive, and aluminum, and I have gained international experience working in Italy and Serbia.    Responsible for the nylon 6.6 solid-state, conditioner and spin process;• Evaluate areas of improvement, design enhancements and create strategies to develop process efficiencies, equipment, costs, downtime, and scrap;• Monitors the process performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as RFT, MME, OEE, cost productivity, customer complaints, and takes action to make improvements including performing plant based process investigations • Isolate and reduce sources of variation and resolve production and quality issues through the use of Manufacturing Process Control and/or advanced problem-solving techniques, i.e. Design of Experiments, process capability, SPC and FMEA• Help build and maintain shop floor work instructions (including specifications, engineering changes, QAD/process control, and tooling definition/requirements.);• Lead/facilitate chartered continuous improvement projects focused on cost reduction, efficiency improvement, quality/customer satisfaction and safety as assigned.
