   Business Strategy• Provided long-term Decommissioning strategy for the bp’s Trinidad region in the Area Development Plan with an understanding of company’s provision, tax strategy, technical requirements and schedule constraints by coordinating with departments such as Finance, Subsurface, Wells, and Global Concept Development.• Aligned with the Trinidad Leadership Team to pursue a decommissioning FEED for Trinidad and to assess synergies with efforts in other regions by working with Finance and understanding cashflow contraints limiting the proposed strategy.Trinidad Offshore Pipeline Replacement Project (TOPR)• Delivered a safe 96-km pipeline decommissioning campaign ahead of schedule as part of a $300MM pipeline replacement project in Trinidad & Tobago by managing EPCIC contractor and subcontractors by coordinating with three offshore facilities and one onshore terminal while under the pressure of production deferrals due to facilities being in multi-phasing state.• Oversaw the planning and execution of the topsides construction portion of TOPR by developing a SoW, engaging and performance managing the contractor in a $3MM agreement and by serving as a Site Safety Lead offshore during execution.• Identified execution plan optimizations and led their implementation resulting in a combined $12.5MM in savings to the project. A recognition was awarded for these contributions.Ocelot Project - 6\" Pipeline Replacement• Led the planning and execution of the Flushing and cleaning of the Trinidad existing 6\" pipeline from Beachfield to Galeota for the Oceoot project. Guided the Construction Team on details to plug the existing line after cleaning was completed.• Led the Ocelot project decommissioning campaign onsite. Worked with Operations Leadership and contractor Site Leads to ensure understanding across all parties and presented scope to all contractors prior to execution which resulted in finishing a safe and successful campaign ahead of schedule.
