   Lead global team of ~300 people (~75 directly and ~200+ indirectly) responsible for customer focused Global Supply Chain transformation to position function as a competitive advantage in the areas of Customer Service, S & OP, Planning, Inventory Management, Contract Management- Restructured S & OP cycle and team organization for increased clarity, empowerment and accountability increasing forecast accuracy by 2-3% in first 3 months- Established robust global contract management program to support introduction of supply chain contractual clauses with utilization of Gen AI to support on 25+ global and regional contract reviews and recommended amendments- Optimized working capital reduction through rigorous inventory management process implementation, increasing inventory turns by ~2 additional turns per year- Led team to define standard work establishing clear boundary conditions improving production planning and supporting inventory level optimizations freeing up cash- Coach and mentor team members to enable creation of a culture of problem solvers, fostering strong operational rigor within and across other departments, improving planning, execution and delivery of products to customers- Identification of pilot opportunities to embrace new technological capabilities such as advanced statistics, RPA and AI via RGA, Agentic AI and embedding LLM to enhance efficiency.
