Tech Lead - Software Engineering @mediaire

After merging the Software Development team with the Machine Learning team I became Tech Lead of Software Engineering: the reference person in the Core Team for software-related topics. In this role I am still responsible for new developer hires, high-level planning of complex software tasks and architectural decisions. Meanwhile I also participate in the core development both as a Python developer and Machine Learning Engineer (Pytorch, Docker, AWS), taking on some occasional data analysis tasks (Jupyter notebooks / scientific Python).
