WORK HISTORY
Workforce Development Director @Texas Association Of Community Health Centers Tachc
Austin, TX, US
At TACHC, I lead the statewide strategy to support and strengthen the clinical workforce across Texas’s federally qualified health centers (FQHCs). I provide technical assistance and strategic planning to health centers working to launch or enhance clinical training programs, including apprenticeships and onboarding pathways for medical assistants, nurses, and advanced practice providers. I build partnerships with academic institutions, workforce boards, and provider associations to align workforce pipelines with employer needs. I represent TACHC in state and national forums, develop tools and trainings for HR and clinical leadership, and support workforce data collection and analysis to inform solutions. My work focuses on solving real staffing challenges with scalable, systems-based approaches that improve retention and readiness across the health center network.
