Identifying core technology that needs to be replaced or refactored * Responsible for overall performance; defining metrics and setting targets for multiple or complex customers’ projects * Receiving and analyzing information on ongoing projects and sharing knowledge with the entire team in project start­ ups * Evaluating the latest technologies to apply them in business domains * Support of pre­ sales team: presenting the company and its methodologies to potential clients and project effort estimation * Leveraging existing/available technology to address dependencies. Identifying and successfully updating redundant or outdated technology * Creating and executing based on multi-la­yer technology roadmaps for one or more projects. Achieving technical economies of scale across multiple teams * Defining staff profile, interviews, performance and training standards * Responsible for completing performance technical assessments for the whole team
