I’m a driven leader with over 20 years of experience leading innovation, system architecture, product development, and teams through product \"first year in Service.\" Most recently, I was responsible for introducing new products (Cybertruck and Model 3 2024+) to the Service Operations team at Tesla. I also led the development, architecting, and setting up of manufacturing operations of digitally enabled products for Smiths Group divisions to create new revenue streams for the divisions. I led the research on new core technologies and advanced manufacturing methods; in parallel, I worked closely with software and firmware architects to support reliability, scalability, and security in the overall system design. I have a proven track record of delivering innovation in low Technology Readiness level developments (TRLs 1-6) and delivering software-enabled products through the New Product Introduction and sustaining phases.
