As the Design Operations Manager at PPL Corporation, I lead the foundational design and support of the Design Organization, focusing on improving working methods and removing friction and inefficiencies. With a seasoned background in UX, I am deeply committed to creating customer-centric and accessible digital experiences that align with business and technical requirements.My expertise extends to design thinking and strategic collaboration, where I have established and nurtured engagement models and cross-functional channels with key partners and stakeholders. I guide and support the Design team’s scalability through prioritization, planning, resource management, program tracking, budget management, and change management. Additionally, my role as a former president of the PPL Veterans Business Resource Group has enabled me to champion initiatives that support and empower veteran employees and communities.On both personal and professional levels, I am deeply engaged in the study and application of cutting-edge AI tools, including ChatGPT, MidJourney, Pika, ElevenLabs, DreamFusion, and 3DFY AI. My focus extends to prompt engineering and combining these technologies. This pursuit fuels my passion for side projects and significantly enhances my ability to integrate these tools into future customer and employee experiences.
