   Dale serves as Pulsara’s President, bringing an extensive and unique combination of skills, wisdom, life experiences, and corporate leadership to the company. As President, Dale leads the company’s efforts in everything from organizational financial management, strategic business growth, and partnership development to systems scalability and overall market penetration and sustainability. Prior to that, Dale co-founded Sansio, which developed and supported proprietary patient management solutions for homecare (HomeSolutions®) and emergency medical services (HealthEMS®). Starting with a staff of two, Dale organized a fully functional, highly efficient business with a team that eventually consisted of over 70 employees when acquired by Physio-Control in 2014. As VP & GM of Data Solutions at Physio and then Stryker, Dale oversaw the Sansio software suite along with the LIFENET System and CODE-STAT data review software.
