Craig is an experienced and culturally astute coach, director and delivery leader focused on Agile/Digital transformation, DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This is all backed up with a training pedigree of outstanding repute with highly successful partnerships with Noble Prog, Learning Tree, Guru Team and the DevOps Institute.He has extensive experience within the public sector, including GDS, DWP Digital and HMRC. Private sector clients include financials, such as Nordea Banking Group, Virgin Money, ING Bank and Skipton Building Society, as well as on-line platforms from Sage, Sky and William Hill. He has also partnered with larger consultancies such as Accenture, IBM and PwC, to transform their own, and their clients, operating models.Craig is a recognized industry speaker, having presented at Scrum Alliance gatherings (regional and global), Agile NE, Pipeline and Velocity conferences. He is regular blogger on Continuous Delivery and the DevOps/SRE space, and organizer of the DevOps North East (D.O.N.E.) meet-up group.
