ABOUT PEARSE SMITH
Aspiring Legal Professional with a passion for politics and for community. Having been invited to join the Ulster University Moot Court Board 2025/26, I have been at the centre of the organisation of all mooting activities and competitions both within the University and external competitions. Through this position I have gained experience in Legal Writing, Legal Research and Courtroom Advocacy, along with extensive organisational experience. Working as a Sales-Assistant at Charles Tyrwhitt has allowed me to hone my interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Likewise as a member of the Steering Committee of my local town park I had the opportunity to develop my Communication Skills while working towards the completion of community development projects.
