About Pearly Gaikwad
As a management trainee at Younity.in, I lead the HR team that recruits, trains, and engages interns and volunteers for the platform that connects students with mentors and opportunities. I also support the business development and research activities, helping to identify and reach out to potential partners and clients. I have successfully onboarded and managed over 50 interns and volunteers, and contributed to securing a large contract with a reputed educational institution. Additionally, I am a campus ambassador and a graphic designer at TEENZA, a digital media company that creates and curates content for teens. I promote the brand and its products on social media and campus events, and design graphics and illustrations for the website and social media platforms. I have a passion for writing, and I have written multiple articles and blog posts for TEENZA and other platforms on topics such as education, technology, and lifestyle. I am currently pursuing a bachelor of technology degree in computer science engineering at Pimpri Chinchwad University, where I am learning the fundamentals and applications of programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I am interested in exploring the fields of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and web development, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. My goal is to become a competent and innovative CSE professional who can create value and solve problems with technology.
