ABOUT PEARL RAY

From trying my hand at garage entrepreneurship in engineering school to building a sustainable competitive edge for India\'s energy gem-Reliance Industries Limited, I am driven to solve the increasingly complex problems that businesses and societies face today. Leveraging my diverse experiences, I am committed to help my future clients navigate the post-pandemic economy and devise innovative solutions to address climate change, ultimately making the world a better place for our sons and daughters alike. To match my scalable aspirations, I am currently pursuing my MBA at the Rotman School of Management, where I am cultivating my arsenal of problem solving and leadership skills. While I strive to challenge past decisions of business leaders in the classroom, I position myself in such simulated environments through participating in clubs and case competitions outside the classroom. Finally, as in my previous experiences, I invest in people around me to understand their motivations and help them achieve their best potential. The value I bring in terms of my skill-sets and experiences is exponentiated by the rich mentorship and guidance I have myself received from leaders who are at the forefront of transforming our times. My mission is made even more interesting by the time I take off work to indulge in public speaking, creative writing and travelling. I am on a year-long secret project (not so-secret!) to self-publish a light-hearted book. I understand publishing is a lonely and arduous journey ridden with writer blocks and what-nots, and it doesn\'t have to be that way!
