My core belief is that most organisational failures are not caused by a lack of capability. They result from poor system design and weak translation between decisions and execution.I work in project-driven environments where constraints are real and errors accumulate quickly. This includes early-stage company build-out and pre-listing operational work, alongside delivery in regulated health, pharmaceutical, and commercial settings. Regulation, operational pressure, commercial limits, and human behaviour are treated as core inputs, not complications.I work through projects. How scope is defined. How priorities are set. How delivery risk is surfaced early enough to inform decisions rather than explain failure later. How ownership, incentives, and governance shape outcomes over time.Much of my experience sits inside software-led organisations, in project management, coordination, and execution. The work focuses on keeping delivery coherent under real conditions, where trade-offs are unavoidable and clarity matters more than technical elegance.In parallel, I have worked inside clinical, laboratory, and community health systems where tolerance for error is effectively zero and escalation thresholds are not theoretical. These environments sharpen judgement around process discipline, accountability, and where system design either protects outcomes or exposes risk.I am building toward project and programme-level work close to strategy, risk, and execution, where decisions carry consequences and clarity is operational rather than performative.
