Program currently has 100% course satisfaction with 4 cohorts having completed the program. Lead the roll out of program across 5 markets- Introduces and teaches Nu Skin\'s cultural values to new employees at each New Employee Orientation- Coordinates and facilitates the Global Learning Council, a council featuring Learning specialists from the Markets/Regions across Nu Skin - Coordinates and facilitates the Global Training and Assessment Council including representatives from various groups across Global Compliance- Program manages Nu Skin\'s Performance Management System globally through partnership with Global HR Partners and Corporate HRIS team.
