About Pearl Greene

As a Senior User Experience Designer at Sherwin-Williams, I design and deliver intuitive and engaging digital products that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the business. I apply design thinking, user research, and usability testing to create user-centric solutions that enhance the user experience and satisfaction. I also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment and consistency across the design systems and platforms.I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ashesi University, where I developed a solid foundation in programming, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering. I also have a certification in Design Thinking from Hasso Plattner Institute, where I learned how to apply human-centered design methods and tools to solve complex problems and generate innovative ideas. Additionally, I have been a Senior Fellow at Melton Foundation for over five years, where I have participated in and organized various global citizenship and social impact projects, such as a mental health forum and application, a homestay program, and a member of the grant committee and strategy planning committee. I am passionate about using my skills and knowledge to create positive change in the world, and I am always eager to learn new things and challenge myself.
