Spent over 2 decades with the Tata Management Training Centre & presently Head the Planning & Scheduling of all TMTC Programs. Manage the Tata Group 3 Tier Leadership Seminar’s (TGSLS, TGELS & TGeLS) conducted in collaboration with Ross School of Business, Michigan & Harvard Business School faculty since its inception. I have also been responsible for senior leadership programs for the Group with INSEAD, NYU-STERN and Stanford University. I support a section of the marketing & the MIS for the Centre with my team. Initiated the \'Faculty Learning Points Scheme\' and the \'Alumni Newsletter\' at TMTC. Chairperson POSH IC for Tata Management Training Centre, Tata Central Archives & Tata Business Excellence Group (Pune) since 2017. Belbin Team Role Accreditation.
