About Pearce McCall
I am a SHRM-CP, Human Resources professional that has experience in several HR functions including talent acquisition, benefits administrations, employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, rewards and recognition, and training. Through supporting various employees and senior leaders, I have learned the importance of adaptability, taking initiative in both positive and negative situations, problem solving, communication, and being a true spirit of service to others. Establish and maintain relationships within USIS Technology to facilitate the success of the alliance’s goals.• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on issues related to all areas of human resources.• Provide performance management guidance to managers.
