About Hsuan-Hao Lu
I am a quantum photonics scientist specializing in the experimental development of photonic quantum information processing and quantum networking. Google Scholar: My foundational research began as a PhD student in Prof. Andy Weiner\'s Ultrafast Optics Laboratory at Purdue University, where I collaborated with Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) to achieve seminal demonstrations of universal quantum gates for frequency-encoded qubits. Upon joining ORNL full-time in 2022, my focus shifted toward topics such as photonic integrated circuits, hyperentanglement, and quantum communication and networking. Currently, I serve as a Senior Scientist at Qunnect Inc. in Brooklyn, New York, where I contribute to the company\'s vision of building a scalable network for secure communication and connecting distant quantum nodes. Alongside my industry role, I hold an Adjunct Assistant Professor position at my alma mater, the Purdue University\'s ECE department.
