   I first worked in this national pharmaceutical mass torts litigation firm directly with one of the firm\'s senior partners and assisted with the California Risperdal and Reglan coordinated proceedings where the firm was court appointed Co-Liaison Counsel for the California Risperdal JCCP litigation overseeing approximately cases. For the past eight years, I have been solely engaged in the National Prescription Opiate Litigation before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. This federal litigation is a response to the national opioid crisis with plaintiffs including cities, counties, Native American tribes, and others taking legal action against manufacturers and distributors of opioid medications. The firm was appointed Co-Liaison Counsel in this litigation and has major responsibilities for the case being brought against Teva Pharmaceuticals. Because of my experience with the earlier Risperdal and Reglan cases, I assist with discovery, deposition preparation, motions, supporting the firm’s position on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee, and coordinate with senior attorneys from firms across the country on strategy and case development. I have contributed major portions to successful briefs and have provided extensive research leading to recommendations/positions relating to jurisdictional arguments, motions, federal regulatory rules and regulations (FDA) interpretation, deposition preparation, and other aspects of case strategy and management. I participate fully in leadership meetings with collaborating counsel from around the country in this litigation. I work out of Los Angeles, CA, but am not currently licensed in CA.
