I enjoy total product life-cycle, working from design through delivery. My experience communicating technical information to suppliers, customers, and colleagues ensures a safe, reliable, and timely product is developed and delivered. Leveraging my technical skills from Product Design and Quality Engineering my current role allows me to train, mentor, and grow with my colleagues.    Leadership role supporting all Tesla Cell Manufacturing sites.• Leading a team of Systems, Data, Customer, Manufacturing, and Field Quality Engineers to drive down cost and risk for Tesla Cell programs. • Define and drive QMS program across all global Cell factories, including the development and integration of software systems.• Define and propose business process performance metrics for all levels of the organization.• Create and deploy internal auditing programs for product and process - focusing on tool-to-tool sameness, robust PFMEA/CP adherence, and operational excellence.• Establish and monitor program level quality KPIs. Track actions across all aspects of manufacturing to ensure voice of quality is integral to strategic planning.• Collaborate with Design, NPI, Production teams to effectively manage change utilizing detailed risk assessments at the product and manufacturing level.• Act as critical interface between Design, Factory, Customer, and Field to improve quality throughout full life-cycle of Cell.• Gather, analyze, and present compelling data driven action plans for product and manufacturing quality improvements by supporting trials, validation, and abuse/reliability testing.
