Coordinate, broadcast, record, edit and archive live meetings and events for television, DVD, DVCam or Beta tape, digital file archive and web streaming, using Wirecast, Flash Media Encoder, QuickTime, Final Cut Pro, Logic, Real and Windows Media. • Script, video record, edit, and produce video for presentations and in-house training. • Research and procure necessary equipment to keep the U.S. Chamber of Commerce current on audio/visual technology. • Maintain existing Audio/Visual equipment in inventory, updating or replacing when necessary.• Assist in training coworkers on audio and video hardware and software.• Meet with internal and external clients to determine their A/V needs. • Set up projection equipment, switchers, microphones, recording equipment, set pieces, monitors, and computers for presentations. • Operate audio mixer, lighting board, video switcher and coordinate A/V for live events.• Handle webcast/broadcast of live meetings. • Plan meetings and presentations using lighting, audio, Keynote or PowerPoint, video, and decor for impact.• Provide support for Technical Services’ Mac OS and Windows XP computers according to guidelines put down by the Chamber\'s IT team.
