As Managing Director of SEI’s Philadelphia office, my work centers on helping organizations navigate transformation with clarity, collaboration, and real world execution. Over the past 16 years at SEI, the focus has been on shaping firmwide growth, strengthening our culture, and leading initiatives that modernized our technology platforms, elevated our go-to-market strategy, and expanded our national footprint across 13 U.S. markets.My leadership journey at SEI has included serving as Chief Strategy Officer, guiding cross-company efforts that enhanced how our teams operate and how our clients success, as well as opening and building the SEI Washington, D.C. office. Those experiences provided the foundation for the work happening today in Philadelphia: building strong client partnerships, deepening ties in key sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, financial services, technology, and higher education, and fostering the employee-ownership culture that defines SEI.Across digital transformation, artificial intelligence, human capital strategy, M&A integration +, the goal remains the same: create impact that lasts and help leaders move their businesses forward with confidence.Outside the consulting world, environmental conservation plays a meaningful role in my life, with active support for organizations like Surfrider Foundation and Protect Our Winters. My time is spent between Boston and Philadelphia, always grounded in a people-first belief that great work comes from great teams.
