About Pamela Newton
I love working within a team environment for everything in my life has taught me the value of doing my part to enhance the outcome of a team. I believe whole-heartedly in shared governance where collaborating with colleagues, direct reports, community, students and other campus partners to maximize resources to enrich the infrastructure of the University through facilities enhancements that uplift student experiences as they progress to graduation. My goals are to continue building my skillset for leading others while creating opportunities that enable individuals to grow and groups to broaden their experiences for commonality of team goals. I thoroughly enjoy planning, organizing, decision making, multi-tasking, collaborating, recruiting, marketing, promotions, and servicing others. As a life long learner, I continue to grow and develop as a professional, and as a person. I love to inspire, motivate, and empower others to achieve their personal goals. As I continue my learning process I believe that self-care; mental health, physical health, social relationships and personal development are all key denominators for personal success.
