We have a combined 40 years of global operating experience as executives and functional leaders across every stage of a B2B SaaS company - from startup to scale, IPO and strategic exit.“Operating Capital” is our investment thesis - we leverage our operating expertise and network, access to talent globally and capital to help founders and management teams.Peter co-founded ExactTarget in Over 14 years, Peter held numerous executive positions at the company with responsibility for corporate development, global operations, partner development, services, products and marketing. Under Peter\'s leadership, ExactTarget grew to $400 million in revenue and more than employees, resulting in a successful NYSE IPO in 2012 and acquisition by Salesforce for $2.5 billion in 2013. Prior to co-founding ExactTarget, Peter held sales and channel development leadership positions with Divine, Inc, Target, Inc, and Steelcase, Inc.Peter earned a degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota. He also holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
