I am a Product Specialist and DEI Advocate who believes inclusion is most powerful when it lives at the intersection of technology, culture, and lived experience.Professionally, I work in product and client-facing roles, collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to improve user experience, drive adoption, and translate complex systems into meaningful outcomes for global users.Alongside my corporate work, I am a drag artist, performer, and cultural educator, using creative arts as a tool for gender sensitization, leadership learning, and social change. As one of the visible drag artists from South India, my work challenges binaries, expands representation, and opens conversations that traditional training rooms often cannot.I have led and curated DEI initiatives, Pride programs, inclusion trainings, and large-scale cultural events for corporates, educational institutions, and public platforms. My work spans policy conversations, storytelling, performance, and advocacy, particularly around LGBTQIA+ inclusion, queer parenting, and workplace equity.Whether I’m building a product feature, designing a DEI roadmap, or performing on stage, my goal remains the same:to create systems — technical, cultural, and human — where people feel seen, safe, and empowered to belong.
