The Digital Capability Lead acts as a connector between the multiple aspects of the technological platforms and the growing needs of Marketing departments demanding multiple and differentiate digital capabilities. In this role I\'ve been liaising with vendors, marketing departments, local and global IT departments leading or supporting projects in a wide range of areas like:Web portal: accountable for all publishing activities, front-end management, maintenance in collaboration with off-shore teams and local team coordination for Healthcare Professional portal.Marketing Automation: management of weekly and ad-hoc newsletters, designing of Customer Journeys in collaboration with Marketing teams over SalesForce Marketing Cloud platform.Promotional Materials: responsible for the publication of all digital promotional materials (Digital Detailing, Cobrowse, Approved Email) from Veeva Vault PromoMats to Veeva CRM.Mobile Apps: end-to-end project manager for the development of digital healthcare solutions for mobile, from requirements gathering up to digital stores’ publication.Data Analytics: experience on Google Analytics, Google Firebase. In 2019 member of Advanced Analytics project team developing a strategic dashboard to analyze all digital and non-digital touch points of our Customers.Internal events: configuration and content feeding of 3rd party mobile apps to maximize the employees’ engagement during company events (agenda, logistic, social wall, survey).Robotics: Pepper Robot programming, used to engage and interact with Customers during Congresses or Public events.
