Provide effective governance of bank wide projects required to either remediate or proactively enhance the Sarbanes Oxley controlled activities.* Run and implement, the overarching Finance control transformation agenda and strategic initiatives, working collaboratively across the divisions and with key stakeholders. Focusing on automation and improved controls.* Maintain the integrity of the SOx compliance programme - design and delivery of the SOx Enhancement Plan, facilitate and drive resolution of deficiencies and provide support on the control framework, including contributing to the implementation of the Target Operating Model for an improved control environment across the financial statements, along with introducing best practise tools / standards.* Liaising with senior managers, external auditors and through Board Audit Committee, on the change activity across the bank and the impact on SOx.* Periodical completion of the COSO Framework.* Product Owner for the implementation of the Bank’s new reconciliation system.* Manage the New Product Approval process across the division.* Responsible for the ‘People & Development’ activities for the division e.g. graduate scheme, town halls and newsletters- Managed team of 4
