Trainer & Agile Product Owner for Jira Enterprise Services Training Network, IT - Create an overall training program, including training materials and as well deliver training sessions to new and existing Agile teams to maximizing Jira’s potential across our Digital Enterprise- Consulting with Agile teams on usage and adoption of plugins, APIs & workflow - Helped in the assessment of Jira Align and proof of Concept for Enterprise Agile Portfolio Management - Helped in the assessment of Planview For Enterprise Portfolio Management and currently assisting in the rollout of Planview Portfolio, ProjectPlace, and AgilePlace with a focus on Jira integration - Working very closely with the Agile Transformation Office and Agile coaches - Consult on ways to optimize and improve JIRA setup and workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet the Agile User Community needs and provide recommendations for improvements to address our challenges- Participate in the Agile Coach & Scrum Master community groups to share best practices and understand Agile team challenges - Help train teams on Jira and oversee the integration of Jira training into the existing Agile Training Curricula to ensure effective outcomes for the organization- Develop and deliver courseware materials including instructor guides, presentations, exercises, and technical documentation- Provides day-to-day support to Agile Coaches for Jira skill-related initiatives. Consults with Agile teams in defining skill requirements, assessing actual skills and analyzing results- Working with the Agile communities, identifies future learning needs and facilitates learning and development process, including planning development, delivery, implementation and evaluation of new courses and topics- Recommend plugins and APIs to improve workflow of our Agile teams - Collaborate with other Learning Consultants on other initiatives and training (Confluence, DevOps)
