My mission is simple: create tools and solutions that make people’s work easier, businesses stronger, and industries better.I believe the foundation of any successful business is people. As Owner of GT Tools, my focus has always been on creating an environment where teams feel empowered to innovate, collaborate, and grow together. I’ve learned that when leaders prioritize people—by listening, supporting, and removing barriers—great solutions follow. Whether I’m guiding our engineering teams through product development, supporting our sales and marketing teams, or partnering with customers in the field, my goal is to ensure that everyone I work with feels valued, heard, and equipped to succeed.At GT Tools, we don’t shy away from hard problems—we embrace them. From engineering patented technologies for the automotive industry to scaling advanced CNC manufacturing in Colorado, I’ve built my career on tackling challenges with curiosity and determination. Born in 1984 with a strict forward-thinking focus on making as many products as we can in the USA, our commitment to the automotive, auto glass and glass industries has been unwavering for over 37 years.Building on our roots as an American company, GT Tools® has grown into a global technology leader with products today manufactured and sold across the world. Taking a tool from concept, through design, engineering, manufacturing, and finally to assembly and fulfillment is executed in Durango, CO, USA. Production is centered in our state-of-the-art CNC Advanced Machining Hub in Durango, and in a network of supplier and licensee factories around the world.We’re growing fast. And our ambition is huge. But it’s not simply about more people and more profit. GT Tools® is all about better ideas and new technologies. It’s about inventing the future.
